Founded in 1996, Spliteye Multimedia has roots in architecture, design, publishing and Web technology. For the last thirteen years, we have earned our reputation creating websites for architects, engineers, builders, designers, photographers and visual artists seeking a distinguished and professional Web presence.

Spliteye designs, builds, hosts and maintains distinctive websites. Our experience and background make Spliteye uniquely qualified to deliver exceptional design value and a formidable range of technical solutions to its clients.

Roberto de Alba, founding partner and Director of Design, brings expertise in design and publishing to the field of interactive digital media. He practiced architecture with I.M. Pei and Partners and taught architectural design at Yale University and the New Jersey Institute of Technology. The former  Executive Editor for architecture and design at Van Nostrand Reinhold and at Watson-Guptill Publications, de Alba is also the author of Paul Rudolph: The Late Work (Princeton Architectural Press).  He holds a B.A. in design from the University of Florida and an M.Arch. from Yale University, where he was editor of Perspecta, the Yale Architectural Journal.
